This Privacy Policy explains how AgencyTrack ("AgencyTrack", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our website and our performance platform for insurance agencies (the "Service"). AgencyTrack is operated from Trinidad & Tobago.

Information we collect

Account and contact information — name, work email, role, and the agency or branch you belong to, used to create and secure your account.
Data you enter into the platform — activity records, production and premium figures, goals, policy and settlement records, awards, and related operational data submitted by users in the course of using the Service.
Usage and device data — log data, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions with the Service, used to operate, secure, and improve it.

Controller and processor. Where an insurance agency or carrier subscribes to AgencyTrack and its users enter data into the platform, that organisation is the controller of the data and AgencyTrack acts as a processor on its behalf, under the terms of our customer agreement. Requests about that data should be directed to your organisation.

How we use information

To provide, maintain, and secure the Service and your account.
To respond to support requests and communicate about the Service.
To monitor performance, prevent abuse, and improve features.
To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and disclosure

We share information only with: service providers who help us run the Service (including cloud hosting and infrastructure providers such as Google Cloud / Firebase); parties as required by law, regulation, or valid legal process; and, in the event of a corporate transaction, a successor entity under equivalent protections.

International processing

The Service is hosted on cloud infrastructure that may process and store data in data centres located outside Trinidad & Tobago. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected to the standards described in this policy.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to meet legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting obligations, or to resolve disputes.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. See our Security page for an overview of our approach.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law and to any contractual or regulatory obligations, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Where your data was entered through a subscribing organisation, please contact that organisation; otherwise contact us at hello@agencytrack.app.

Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
